Other than the initial set up cost and monthly fee, there are no other costs. However great images can really add value to your website. Whether you need a collection of bespoke banners, product images or even photographs of your team, we offer a range of extras to make it easier.

Themes
There are three types of themes available. A theme is where the website can be changed to look different at any given time.
For example, you could have a Christmas theme which would have a Christmas look and could be activated or changed by you, simply by the click of a mouse. The three theme options are:
Simple theme
This would be your current website skin with small seasonal or topical image added to the main banner.
Standard theme
This would be a theme that is still based on the current skin but with topical changes to other elements such as the menu styles and more integrated changes to the main banner.
Redesign themes
This is when the whole website is completely redesigned and is not similar to the current skin at all.

Re-skin
A re-skin is a complete redesign of the website, you can change every element, exactly like your original set up design including two banners, buttons, fonts, menu styles, header and footer, the whole works. (See ‘set up’ in the ‘price’ section for the set up specification).

Page banners
Two ‘Random Page Banners’ are supplied with your initial design but you may feel you would like more. They can be for specific content pages, category banners or even advertising banners.
As a guide to pricing banners, simple banners can be put together very quickly for example:
Simple banners
One image, with multiple text options will only take a few minutes each after the initial one has been designed.
Complex banner
Different complicated designs may take longer to create than a series of similar designs.

Images
Images often sell a website far better than words. We can source stock imagery for content images and/or product images. The price is based on the unit price of each stock image we obtain, which is typically around £3 each plus the time taken to source it. If we hold the images on our own catalogues the image itself will be free.
You may prefer to source these images yourself from one of the many stock photography websites, alternatively, if you are looking for product images, it is worth contacting your supplier and asking if they have product images you can use. You should be aware that it is neither wise, nor legal to use images found on other websites without the owner of the intellectual property rights, permission.

Image preparation
Image preparation is where we will resize, adjust, cut out or prepare your images for quick integration into your website. The website will resize your images automatically if they exceed certain widths, however we would recommend some images are the required size before uploading (which will also increase upload speeds significantly).
The main advantage of having correctly sized images is the professional appearance of the website. Uniformed images will always look better than a selection of unprepared images.

Product photography
This service is ideal for a manufacturer or where you need your own products or commodity photographed. We will help you locate reputable photographers in your area that have the experience and any special equipment for your needs, such as light boxes etc.
We do not charge for this service and whilst we have an extensive list of photographers, any agreements entered into will be solely with them.

Populating your website
Populating a website is where products or content is added to your website. You may find that you do not have the time or do not want to populate the website yourself.
Whilst we offer this service, our charges are higher than the minimum wage and the simplicity of the website is likely to make it more cost effective for you ask an employee, or hire a temporary worker to populate the website on your behalf.
